Information we collect
We collect contact, identity, intake, payment-status, communication, and case-document information that you provide. This includes your Social Security number, which is encrypted at rest and used only to verify your identity and to prepare and submit disputes on your behalf.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver requested services, maintain case records, communicate with you, operate the portal, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
Security and storage
Sensitive fields and uploaded documents are encrypted at rest. Access is limited by user role and logged. No system is perfectly secure; production operation also requires SSL, maintained hosting, backups, secret rotation, and incident procedures.
Retention and deletion
Active files are retained while needed for the engagement and legitimate legal, accounting, security, and backup purposes. You may request deletion at support@arcreditconsulting.com; some records may need to be retained.
Service providers
Hosting, payment, email, monitoring-link, and configured AI providers may process limited information to deliver their services. Production vendor agreements and privacy terms should be reviewed before activation.
