1. Who we are
AR Credit Consulting (“we,” “us”) provides consumer credit-report review, dispute document preparation, and optional digital-privacy cleanup services. 2. Information we collect
- Identifiers. Name, previous names, postal address, email address, phone number, and account credentials.
- Sensitive personal information. Social Security number, date of birth, and credit-report contents (accounts, balances, payment history, collections, inquiries). Collected only to verify your identity and to prepare and submit disputes on your behalf.
- Financial information. Payment status and provider references. We never receive or store your full card number — card payments are handled on the processor’s hosted checkout.
- Documents you upload. Credit reports, bureau and creditor correspondence, and supporting records.
- Communications. Messages, support requests, and notes related to your case.
- Digital Footprint Cleanup information (optional service). Identifiers you choose to add (names, emails, phone numbers, usernames, city/state), which sites you have checked, and your removal progress.
- Usage and device information. Pages viewed, referring website, marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags), and a hashed, rotating form of your IP address used for security and rate limiting.
3. How we use information
To deliver the services you request; verify identity; analyze credit-report data and prepare dispute documents; maintain case records and deadlines; communicate with you about your case; process payments; secure the platform and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We use your information for the purposes described here and compatible purposes — not for unrelated purposes without telling you first.
We do not use your sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. Artificial intelligence — what is sent, and to whom
- Which providers. Google (Gemini API) and Anthropic (Claude API)
- What is sent. Credit-report text or images you provide for extraction, and dispute-letter drafts for wording refinement. For the Digital Footprint Cleanup assistant, only your own cleanup records (site names and statuses) — never your saved identifier values.
- Redaction first. Before credit-report text is transmitted, our system automatically masks full Social Security numbers, labeled dates of birth, and long account or card numbers. Names, addresses, and creditor details may still be included because they are necessary for the analysis.
- No training on your data. We use paid, business-tier API access. Under those terms the providers do not use submitted content to train their models. We do not consent to any such use.
- Human review required. AI output is a draft. Nothing is filed, mailed, or acted upon until a specialist reviews and approves it. AI can be incomplete or wrong.
- Your choice. You may ask us to process your file without AI assistance by emailing support@arcreditconsulting.com. We will handle your case manually; some steps may take longer.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes listed — and with authorities where legally required. Providers marked “In use” are active on this platform today.

Data-broker opt-outs. If you use Digital Footprint Cleanup, we show you each site’s own removal process. You submit those requests yourself — we do not transmit your information to data brokers.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect rights and safety — and to a successor in the event of a merger or sale, subject to this policy.
6. We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, including for consumers under 16.
7. Cookies and tracking
- Strictly necessary. A session cookie keeps you signed in securely; a language cookie remembers English or Spanish. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
- Attribution. A first-touch cookie records which campaign or channel brought you to us, so we know which outreach works. It stores campaign tags and the referring site — not your identity.
- Analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic.
- No advertising cookies. We do not run third-party ad-targeting or retargeting pixels.
- You can clear or block cookies in your browser, and use your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor as an opt-out request.
8. Security
Sensitive fields and uploaded documents are encrypted at rest; traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access is limited by user role and logged, sign-in supports two-factor authentication, sessions time out, and Social Security numbers are masked on screen. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Retention and deletion
We keep case records while your engagement is active and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate legal, accounting, dispute-history, security, and backup purposes. Digital Footprint Cleanup data can be erased by you at any time from your portal (“Delete my cleanup data”). To request deletion of other records, email support@arcreditconsulting.com. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live — including California (CCPA/CPRA) and states with comparable laws — you may have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we collected from you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the service.
- Opt out of sale or sharing — we do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- Non-discrimination. We will not deny service, change prices, or reduce quality because you exercised a right.
- Appeal a decision on your request, where your state provides that right.
How to exercise them: submit the privacy request form or email support@arcreditconsulting.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will verify your identity — usually by confirming control of the email address on your account, and for sensitive requests by asking for information only you would know — and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice). An authorized agent may submit a request with your written permission.
11. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you use Family Mode to manage a minor’s privacy cleanup, you confirm you are that child’s parent or legal guardian; you are responsible for what you submit on their behalf, and you can delete their profile at any time.
12. Communications and consent
By submitting a form, you agree we may contact you about your request by email — and by text message if you provide a mobile number and opt in. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop texts. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service messages about an active case are not marketing.
13. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes — including adding a new category of data sharing or a new AI provider — we will update this page, change the date below, and notify active clients by email or portal notice before or when the change takes effect.
