No guaranteed outcomes
No deletion, score increase, approval, funding, lawsuit, settlement, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed. Credit reporting and responses are controlled by third parties. Any examples, timelines, or past results are illustrative and are not a prediction of your results.
Your rights are free
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information with credit bureaus and furnishers yourself, at no cost. You may obtain free copies of your credit reports. Our fee is for preparation, organization, analysis, and support — not for access to rights you already have.
Client responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all analyses, facts, dates, account information, allegations, addresses, enclosures, and requested actions before signing or sending a document. You confirm that the information you give us is truthful, is your own (or belongs to someone you are legally authorized to act for), and that you will not use our services to submit information you know to be false.
AI-assisted materials
Automated and AI tools may assist with reading documents, organizing information, flagging potential inconsistencies, and drafting text. Portions of your information are transmitted to third-party AI providers for that processing — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent and to whom, and how to opt out. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong, always require human review, and do not establish that information is inaccurate or that any person violated the law.
Digital Footprint Cleanup
This optional service helps you find and request removal of your personal information from public people-search and data-broker sites. Those sites are independent third parties: we do not control whether or how quickly they honor a removal, listings can reappear, and complete erasure of information from the internet cannot be guaranteed. Where a site requires you to submit the request yourself, we provide instructions rather than acting as you.
Credit monitoring
Any monitoring service is provided by an independent third party. Confirm its current trial terms, recurring price, cancellation terms, and privacy policy directly with that provider before enrolling.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Fees, billing frequency, and what each engagement includes are shown before purchase on the hosted checkout page; card payments are processed by an independent provider and we do not store card numbers. If a price shown on this site differs from the checkout page, the checkout page controls. You may cancel ongoing services at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Because services are performed as document preparation and review, completed work is generally non-refundable except where required by law. To cancel or request a refund, contact us at the email below.
Disclaimer of warranties
The services and this website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AR Credit Consulting and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to the services — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AR Credit Consulting and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from information you supplied that is false or not yours to submit, your use of the services in violation of law or these Terms, or documents you approved and sent.
Third-party services
The site links to and integrates independent third parties (payment, scheduling, mail, messaging, AI, monitoring, and data-broker sites). We are not responsible for their content, terms, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their agreements.
Electronic records and communications
You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, and notices electronically, and agree that electronic signatures and records satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
