Client responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all analyses, facts, dates, account information, allegations, addresses, enclosures, and requested actions before signing or sending a document.
AI-assisted materials
Automated tools may assist with organizing information, flagging potential inconsistencies, and drafting text. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong and require human review. They do not establish that information is inaccurate or that any person violated the law.
Credit monitoring
Any monitoring service is provided by an independent third party. Confirm its current trial terms, recurring price, cancellation terms, and privacy policy directly with that provider before enrolling.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Fees, billing frequency, and what each engagement includes are shown before purchase on the hosted checkout page; card payments are processed by an independent provider and we do not store card numbers. You may cancel ongoing services at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Because services are performed as document preparation and review, completed work is generally non-refundable except where required by law. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
